Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.

Orders canceled before processing will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after processing but before shipment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process if eligible.

If an order is refused, returned to sender, or intercepted after shipment, all shipping charges, return freight charges, and applicable cancellation or restocking fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
