Returns & Exchanges
At Comfy4Life.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be approved by Comfy4Life.com before any return is sent.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products.
- Products manufactured to customer specifications.
- Replacement parts and components.
- Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items.
- Products identified as non-returnable on the product page.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by Comfy4Life.com.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We may request photographs and additional information to assist with the claim and provide a replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution.
International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Orders
All sales shipped outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by law.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.
- Orders canceled before processing will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after processing but before shipment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process if eligible.
- If an order is refused, returned to sender, or intercepted after shipment, all shipping charges, return freight charges, and applicable cancellation or restocking fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Comfy4Life.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
